produce the perfect dough, the most
important component of the perfect pizza.
Our dough is freshly made
following our old
Italian recipe.
We are proud to
produce a high quality pizza dough that has

We allow
the
dough to
proof
for 24
hour
before
use. The
dough
hand
tossed
and is
traditionally
fluffy
in the
inside
with a
crunchy
crust.
